The building has two underground garage levels, a garden level, and six stories above the garden level which have residences (Center and West wings) and Club Units (East wing). There are 71 residences and 45 Club Units for a total of 117 units. The building also has a small area for retail, owner storage units, a fitness area, and two (2) lounges.
Electrically the building is served by four (4) services, two (2) at 208V and two (2) at 480V. The residences and Club Units are serviced by meter banks fed from two (2) vertical bus ducts. The emergency power is provided by a 600KW genset. The systems include fire alarm, smoke management, intrusion control, security, intercom, sound, tele/data/MATV/CATV, CCTV, lightning protection, broadband antennas, heat trace, and snow melt.
