The Center of Empowered Learning and Living is an interactive sight and sound museum exhibit experience that focuses on the threats of terrorism.  Located within the Denver Civic Center Cultural Complex, the CELL utilizes state-of-the-art multimedia tools as educational resources.

The Design Build services of Ludvik Electric Co. included design and construction of the electrical backbone for the 6,000 sq. ft. facility aimed at educating the public about the warning signs and atrocities of terrorism.
